Full-Time Position - Assistant Boutique Assistant Manager (Hourly-based $12-$15 an hour plus monthly bonus structure)

Skill set required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff, help customers and work with the owner directly
  • Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped
  • Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of the store’s merchandise, its exact location and its prices, basic knowledge of designer labels and brands
  • Willingness to learn and adaptability 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must have previous retail and management experience
  • Must have leadership skills
  • Background check is required
  • Preference to having sales experience as well

    Part-Time Position - Boutique Sales Consultant/Stylist (Hourly-based)  $8.50-$10 an hour based on experience( 3 Open Positions)


    • Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
    • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
    • Communicate & help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals
    • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
    • Establish and nurture consultant-customer relationships to establish and increase sales
    • Able to use the POS System to ring sales

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
    • Customer Service Oriented, Outgoing, Motivated and Dependable
    • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
    • Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office and General Social Media Knowledge
    • Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
    • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
    • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
    • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
    • Preference of having retail/sales experience

    Part-Time Position- Social Media Manager (hourly) $9-11 an hour based on experience plus monthly bonus structure)

    • This Social Media position would be part In-Store and part Remote work from Home. 15-30 hours per week. Must be a:
    • Self starter, Innovative, Social Media Saavy, Creative professional looking to help grow and brand the company image by use of all social media outlets.
