Job Title: Social Media Manager (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
P/T (20-25 hours a week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to join our luxury consignment boutique. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our social media presence and engage with our target audience. Your primary focus will be on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury fashion.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms.
2. Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
3. Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance.
6. Analyze social media insights and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for differentiation.
9. Explore and leverage influencer partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, luxury fashion events, and relevant news to generate timely and engaging content.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
4. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
6. Solid understanding of social media metrics and ability to analyze data to drive strategic decision-making.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong organizational and project management skills.
9. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry developments.
10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

 Job Description: Our busy consignment store is seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to assist in photographing, listing, and selling products on our website and various other platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality product images and creating compelling product descriptions to attract potential buyers. 

Responsibilities:
- Photograph and edit product images to ensure high-quality representation of products
- Write clear and concise product descriptions for each item listed
- List products on our website and other various online platforms
- Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to improve sales
- Communicate with store staff to ensure timely and accurate product availability
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
Requirements:
- Experience in product photography and listing, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Proficiency in photo editing software and online selling platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with consignment store procedures and practices is a plus
