IN HOME CLOSET CONCIERGE SERVICES

Choice Consignment Pick-up

  • Ideal for cosigners that have a large quantity of items and/or several luxury brand pieces that they wish to consign.
  • This service requires an initial consultation.  If interested, please call the boutique at 412-881-1171 or you may use the contact form at the bottom of the page.  Please include the approximate number of items you have with brief descriptions and a list of the designer names.
  • Prior to your appointment, please have all items you are interested in cosigning set aside out of the closet.
  • At your appointment we will carefully go through your items to determine which pieces have the best resale value and are able to be sold on consignment.  Your pieces will then be itemized on your consignment agreement and you will be given a date to either pick-up your luxury items or extend your contract for those items another 90-day period.
  • At the end of the contract period, all luxury items must be picked up or extended in store.  Items left  after their contract date can be donated.
  • The fee for this service is $50/hour per associate (minimum charge of 1 hour) within a 10 mile radius of the boutique.  The fee increases outside of the 10 mile radius and will be determined during the initial consultation.

Premium Closet Consignment 

  • Ideal for owners of premier luxury brands that are planning to consign a large amount of high-end luxury pieces, but need assistance determining which pieces to consign and what to donate to make room in their closet
  • This service requires an initial consultation.  If interested, please 
    call the boutique at 412-881-1171 or you may use the contact form at the
    bottom of the page. Please include the approximate number of items you have with brief descriptions and a list of the designer names.
  • At your appointment we will thoughtfully go through your closet with you and discuss any items you may be undecided about parting with. We will also discuss the value of your items based on designer name, age and condition so you can make an educated decision on whether to consign, donate or keep the item. 
  • Your pieces will then be itemized on your consignment agreement and you 
    will be given a date to either pick-up your luxury items or extend your 
    contract for those items another 90-day period.
  • At the end of the contract period, all luxury items must be picked up.  Items left  after their contract date can be donated.
  • The fee for this service is $125/hour (minimum charge of 1 hour) within a 20 mile radius of the boutique.  The fee increases outside of the radius and will be determined during the initial consultation.

PRIVATE PARTIES/CHARITY EVENTS

Do you have a favorite charity? We can help you raise money for them by holding a charity event at the boutique. 

  • This requires a consultation. Please contact the boutique at 412-881-1171.
  • How it works:  At your consultation, you will determine a date and time for your event.  During the scheduled event a portion of all sales (usually 15% of gross sales) made during that time will go to the charity of your choice! It's that easy.

 

The boutique is also available to have private "shopping parties".  It can be for a birthday party, moving party, bachelorette party, Christmas party, divorce party or whatever party you want :)

  • This requires a consultation.  Please contact the boutique at 412-881-1171.
  • How it works:  At your consultation, you will determine a date and time for your party.  Other items to be discussed include food and drink options, pre-paid "store cash", decorations, other service options available to come into the boutique or any other ideas about what you would like at your party.
  • Fees for parties are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on options selected.

 

ESTATE SERVICES

Handling a loved ones estate can be a daunting task,  we offer an Estate Service to help you.  With this service we will purchase luxury and designer items outright rather than putting them on consignment.

  • This service requires an initial consultation.  Please contact the boutique at 412-881-1171 or you may use the contact form at the bottom of the page.  Please include an approximate number of the items you have including a brief description and a list of the designer names.
  • Prior to your appointment, please have all items agreed upon set aside for us to pick up.
  • There is no fee for this service.
  • If you are not sure about what designers or styles you may have and you need us to help you sort through the items, or you are outside a 10 mile radius of the boutique, we can discuss that during the initial consultation and determine the appropriate fees that would be involved at that time.
